Matthew John Corcoran was born in Perth, Western Australian. He has worked as a designer, stand-up comedian, professional musician and is now a writer, public speaker and spiritual entertainer. He has a Masters degree in theoretical metaphysics that he awarded to himself since he believes that everyone should have one ... and everyone can have one if they print one out for themselves. He lives and works in coastal New South Wales Australia, on the beach mostly (living the dream!) with his partner Jayne.

IS YOOOGE A RELIGIOUS THING

No! Matthew John Corcoran is not affiliated with any religious group or organization. In fact, Matthew strongly recommends that religious people should NOT read his books ... EVER! His writing is focused on teaching spirituality - an individual’s inner search for the answers to the meaning of life, free from pressure or interference from external sources. He writes about, speaks about, ponders and teaches theoretical metaphysics (a big ole "smarty pants" term for ... the other cause of things), esoterics (same deal), self-help, personal growth and the creation of joy!

THE WORD YOOOGE

The word "yoooge" comes from the over-pronunciation of the word "huge" - as in huuuge or yoooge! It means that the meaning of life is so big, so infinitely huge, so complex, that trying to comprehend the vastness of it all is like trying to play harmonica with a mouth full of biscuits. Things that are yoooge are:

• The meaning of life (Yoooge!)
• The reason why we are here (Yoooge!)
• The Cosmos and all of its bits (Pretty damn Yoooge!)
• Infinity (Yoooger)
